Brothers Medical Centre is an ambitious project for both the people of that town and for the organization. A hospital in our town was built for the purpose of serving people rather than generating revenue. Mr.Ansari had a clear vision on how to built the hospital to satisfy the needs of the people, the idea was born when his father couldn't receive the treatment which led to his demise but to start an establishment of this size required large investment but with right planning and his cunning leadership quality he was able to build hospital without any external investments. He had an clear statement to not to collect any investments from outer circle which he feared may lead to break his vision and mission of this hospital, which he mentioned; ""provide the best treatment for the patient at an affordable price"
